INTRODUCING
BRINE & BARNACLE
Brine & Barnacle Boiling Co. was founded by Rachel and James Galvin, two passionate food lovers who grew up on the rocky shores of Nova Scotia.
Now, living in the Pacific North West they have passed the torch to the Cross family! With over 10 years of restaurant experience, event planning and a love for lobster boils the Cross family will be bringing the long table seafood boils that are common place in Eastern Canada to Metro Vancouver!
Sitting down to share meals with family, friends, and team members is always a bonding experience. Adding the hands-on nature of a seafood boil brings it to the next level.
Seafood boils are an excellent way to celebrate life events with family and friends, to treat your team at work, or as team building events for executive boards. We guarantee, you won’t leave hungry.
